Zarine Khan has been quite active on the social media and she often posts stunning pictures of her. It is certainly a treat for her fans. However, social media comes with certain advantages as well as disadvantages. Recently, she has been trolled and also body shamed online. On several occasion, Zareen has reacted strongly to these comments of negative people as they fills her profile with unnecessary comments. Some days back, Zareen has posted some of her beautiful pictures with the backdrop of Udaipur.
Following to the post with the pictures, people have started to comment on her stretch marks. On the occasion, Zareen writes “For people who are very curious to know about what’s wrong with my stomach, this is the natural stomach of a person, who has lost 15 kgs of weight, this is how it looks when it is not photoshopped or surgically corrected.”
Later on, she has added “I’ve always been someone who believes in being real and embraced my imperfections with pride rather than covering it up.”

On being asked about work regime, Zareen has said earlier “Every morning, I do Pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate. Sweets and fried food are strict no!”
In addition, she has said “Pilates is very challenging and that is what I like about it. It’s fun and hardly feels like exercise. I’ve recently started yoga with Twinkle Singh and she has completely changed my body. It has toned me up and stretched my muscles. There is a definite transformation. Since there is no equipment used, it is something I can do even in my hotel room when I am travelling so I can stay committed.”
