Now, the singer may collaborate with Oscar winning music director AR Rahman once again. The single will come along with a music video. Release of the song can be seen around the month of September. In the beginning, a “zany” single will be recorded. It is expected to be unique music score which may not be seen from the celebrated music director till now. The Jai Ho singer feels that he and Rahman have always made a winning combination, “Rahman knows best how to tap my voice. He has always given me the freedom to sing without any so-called rules. He once told me that my hi-pitched voice had the energy and quality of an extempore stage performance and he loved it.”
Sukhwinder has also rendered a song in the Sridevi starrer, Mom, “I was having dinner with Rahman two months ago in his studio and he told me about this light, peppy number and the next day, we decided to record it. It has shaped up really well,” he says.
