Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30 is in the news for quite a long time for diverse kinds of reasons. Yet again, the movie is hit by a roadblock before its release because of Anand Kumar. Inspiration behind the movie has been Anand Kumar who is a brilliant mathemathics teacher from Patna. Annad has helped the students from economically low class to ensure a seat in IITs through tutoring. Some of the students are irked by the news of making a movie on the life of Anand Kumar as it could send out a wrong message to the people.
Through a well know daily, reports have been released that four students named Avinash Baro, Monojit Dubey, Bikas Das and Dhaniram Taw from IIT Guwahati has filed a PIL against Anand. Following to a notice to Anand, he has failed to respond it. Due to this reason, these students have become angrier. Now, the students like to put a stay order on the movie. Legal counsel for the student named Amit Goyal has said that the teaser is giving out incorrect message and making Anand appear as a hero which is not right at all.
Report suggests, “The film) seems inauthentic. We never sought to damage the film, but [Kumar] has a court case against him. His reply (to the PIL) doesn’t (address) the allegations completely”. Students against the movie have wanted Anand to disclose names of students who have got chance in IITs after joining the batch of Super 30. CBFC has already cleared the movie. So, these students want to put a stay on the movie with the help from court now.
IIT students who have filed PIL have said that news of students getting into IIT is false. It has been done only to increase the number of students in the Super 30 batch. However, student seeking admission for the batch has been asked to enroll into Ramanujan School of Mathematic and huge fee of Rs. 33,000 has been charged on the occasion too.
Now, it will be interesting to see whether the movie can release on 12th July, 2019 or not.
