Bhumi Pednekar has taken an initiative as a climate warrior and trying to raise awareness among the people about climate conservation. Recently, Bala actress Bhumi Pednekar has announced that she has become a vegetarian in order to follow her initiative. Coming to social media, Bhumi has said that she does not feel good to consume meat at all. Following to the post from Bhumi, various celebrities have commented on the post. Later on, Zero actress Anushka Sharma has also welcomed her as a fellow vegetarian in the club. Commenting on the post from Bhumi, Anushka has said “Welcome to the vegetarians club.”
Declaring herself as a vegetarian, Pati Patni Aur Woh actress Bhumi Pednekar writes “For many years I had the want to go vegetarian but breaking habits are the toughest thing to do. My journey with Climate Warrior taught me a lot of things and I just didn’t feel like eating meat anymore. I was never heavy on non-vegetarian, but I took a call in the lockdown. It was actually something that happened organically. It’s been 6 months and I’m good, guilt-free and feel physically strong as well”
From the post, it looks that Bhumi has taken the decision on becoming a vegetarian during the lockdown. On both online as well offline, Bhumi has also started an initiative named ‘Climate Warrior’. It has been done to increase conversation regarding climate in India. In the process, Bhumi has been trying to engage citizens for the protection of climate.
Next, Bhumi Pednekar is expected to be seen in Durgavati which is scheduled to release on 11th December, 2020. On the other hand, Anushka has been pregnant with her first child following to her marriage with Virat Kohli.
