Pakistan board has not cleared Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda yet. By the chairman of Pakistan Central Board of Film Censor Mabasher Hasan, it has been said that they have refused to give a NOC to the movie.
For the denial of NOC, same reason as the previous movie from the franchise Ek Tha Tiger has been cited. According to them, the movie has compromised the role of Pakistani law enforcement agencies in the movie.
By looking at the decision of Pakistan Central Board of Film Censor, distributors are not happy at all.
Executive Director of Geo TV Network, Sulaiman S. Lalani is one of the distributors of movie in Pakistan. On the occasion, he has expressed his unhappiness over the decision by saying “Our preferred option was that Tiger Zinda Hai should have been allowed for import, presented to censor board, and if any objectionable material was found against the interests of Pakistan/ Islam, exhibition of the film shouldn’t have been allowed then.”
He has also added “In fact, if there was anything against the national interests of Pakistan in the film, we ourselves wouldn’t have sought the exhibition but this could have been done only after preview of the film”. However, distributors from Pakistan are waiting to hear the final decision from administration till now.
Each and every trailer of Tiger Zinda Hai has impressed us. Therefore, excitement regarding the movie is on a high now. Both the action sequence and background scores have impressed us. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be seen in a movie after a gap of five years.
Talking about the charm of Salman Khan onscreen, director Ali Abbas Zafar has said “Actually, anyone will fall for bhai. Woh ankh utha kar dekhte hai tosabko unsey pyaar ho jata hai (The moment he lifts his eyes and looks at you, you are surely going to fall in love with him).”
Tiger Zinda Hai is releasing in 22nd December, 2017.
