On 6th October, Raja Krishna Menon directed and Saif Ali Khan starrer Chef is releasing in your nearest theatres. Both the Malik brothers, Amal and Amaan have offered a soul to the song Tere Mere Darmiyaan through their music and voice.
Previous to the song ‘Tere Mere Darmiyaan’, another song from the movie called Shugal Laga Le has released which is a peppy song that has been sung by Raghu Dixit. Now, the romantic number from the movie has arrived. The song is really melodious and sweet. It certainly calms down your mind and heart. Through the song, there is a sense of building relationship and making it more beautiful. The song has been featured on Saif Ali Khan and Padam Priya. A montage is shown where Saif gets to know what has really gone wrong with his relationship. The man certainly wants to fix things. Combination of rock sound and Indian melodies can be found in the song. Lots of instruments such as Banjos, Dobros, Bansuri and Chinese Flutes have been used to make the song richer.
If you are not still aware then we must tell you that Chef is adaptation of John Favreau’s movie. The Hollywood version has featured the director Jon Favreau, Scarlett Johnson, Sofia Vergara, Dustin Hoffman and Robert Downey Jr. The movie has been about a chef who is very passionate about his cooking. Chef has been kicked out of a restaurant due to a low rating by a food critic and spat over social media. Later on, food truck has been organized as the man goes on a food journey with his son throughout the country. Rediscovery of the food happens on the way. Relationship with the estranged wife is improved to some extent as well.
Here in the Bollywood adaptation of Chef, more importance is certainly given in the relationship between father and son. To meet his son, Saif comes back to India. As a result, the equation among father and son is strengthened. Padma Priya is also a part of the movie.
