When it’s summer and you have no time to cook, fry and bake your morning breakfast, there are ways to still keep the morning fire going. We know it’s important to not skip breakfast but we want something fast.
It’s time for sweet mangoes. This fruit occupies space in our hearts. Bananas are always there. Almonds, pista and raisins are wonderful additions.
We can add strawberries and watermelon. We are talking of smoothies.
They are filling and nutritious and take very less time.
Just add milk, chopped fruits, curd, honey and oats. Blend the mix and you are ready.
If you can quickly add a sandwich to the smoothie, you will be set till lunch.
