What’s the first thing you do when you wake up; of course you have brushed your teeth we assume. Or maybe picked up the day’s newspaper and said good morning to your family. But you need to do a few other things too that will bring you good health. Anything that we do daily for more than 21 days becomes a habit. If you pick up a good habit, it will stay with you and do you good.
Like, drink a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice and honey. You can also drink just lemon juice with water. The two have different effects. The latter will detox your body and the former will boost your immune system and improve metabolism too.
You need to drink the above on empty stomach.
After about half an hour, you can have your breakfast.
And then don’t forget to go walking. Walking about 10,000 steps is important each day. You can atleast climb the stair to your home or office. In life, little things done over a period of time go a long way in changing our lives.
