Mirzapur is one of the most loved web series on the digital platform. Now, there is good news for the fans of this web series. Mirzapur Season 3 is going to be back onscreen soon. Coming to Instagram, one of the main lead of the web series Shweta Tripathi has teased the fans with a new poster of Season 3. In this poster, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi and Divyendu Sharma can be seen also. There is another poster also where Rasika Duggal, Shweta Tripathi and Harshita Gaur can be seen. In the third poster, arms can be seen in the hands of both Shweta Tripathi and Ali Fazal. On the occasion, Shweta writes “I miss Golu a lot. Can’t wait to know what happens next. Can’t wait to be her. Again. This show and everything about it. Thank you for Mirzapur!! Ab #MS3W #Mirzapur.”
Previously, Mirzapur has fallen in to legal battle as an advocate has filed petition against the web series due Beena Tripathi’s characterization as she is in relationship with her servant as well as father-in-law. Through the petition, it has been said “By showing such ridiculous and shameless things on the name of a city/ district is the insult of approximately 30 lakh population and rich culture of Mirzapur”. Further, it has been said “Mirazapur is a place where the holy river Ganga meets the Vindhya range… The world famous temple Vindhyachal Temple, which is also one of the 108 Shakti Peeth in India, is situated in Mirzapur district”. According to the petitioner, the web series is showing the city/district in a bad light.
Now, the show is expected to go through some changes. Both visual and verbal violence shown in the series may be toned down a little. Therefore, the characters may not be seen using slangs a lot. Shoot out scenes may be limited in numbers also. The makers may drop the title of Mirzapur also to carry out the mayhem in the show.
