In the last few years, some of the iconic songs have been remade like Chalti Hai Kya 9 Se 12, Mungda, Paisa Yeh Paisa, Unchi Hai Building and several others. Now, another iconic song will be recreated. However, it will not be a Bollywood number. The makers of Made in China have decided to include a Gujrati song titled Odhni Odhu Odhu Ne Udi Jaye in the movie. For the first time, Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy will come together in Made in China. According to a source, “The makers of Made In China will be recreating Gujarati song Odhni Odhu Odhu Ne Udi Jaye for the film. While the shoot for the song will take place over a period of 2 days, due to Rajkummar’s busy schedule, the makers are yet to finalise a day to shoot it.”
Mikhil Musale is the director of the movie Made in China which will be produced by Dinesh Vijan through his Maddock Films. In the movie, Rajkummar Rao will be playing role of a struggling businessman from Gujrat whereas Mouni is the feisty wife.
Previously, Made in China is expected to release on 15th August. However, it has been pushed ahead for about two weeks. So, Made in India is going to hit the theatres on 30th August now. Through the movie, director Mikhil Musale will be debuting in Bollywood. In the past, Mikhil Musale has directed Wrong Side Raju which has won the National Awards for Best Feature Film in 2016.
Next, Rajkummar Rao will be featured in Mental Hai Kya with Kangana Ranaut. It will be directed by Prakash Kovelamudi who has won National Awards. Release of the movie is awaited on 26th July.
