In her teenage days, she used to be a chubby girl who suffered from the body shaping issues. Recently she posted few photos and also revealed her journey of weight loss that is really inspiring.
Do you know Zareen Khan has shed off how many kilos to meet her fitness goal? She has gone through a total transformation from 100 kilos to 57 kilos by taking up the fitness challenge and till now everyday she spends at least two hours in fitness activities. Undoubtedly, she has admitted that she is feeling much fitter and active than ever and she is eager to continue the routine. She has posted some of her fitness regime pictures where we come to know that her fitness program is the perfect combination of strength training and cardio.
Actually, the gorgeous actress is strictly following her gym instructor Yasmin Karachiwala who has planned the fitness regime with weight training, Pilates and cardio exercises like spinning, jogging and swimming.
Along with that, Zareen Khan is strictly following a diet since at present, she is on the low-carb diet. The major portion of her meals includes fresh fruits, lots of vegetables, non-sugary juices and plenty of water.
It seems that the entire Bollywood is now in the fitness goal as after Parineeti Chopra, we are going to get another slimmer, fitter and of course prettier Zareen Khan.
