Coronavirus Pandemic outbreak has been taking over the world at the moment. Like everyone else, Bollywood celebrities have been under the lockdown also. To the PM Cares Fund, lots of celebrities have donated money. In fact, actors, actresses, directors and producers have decided to create a separate fund for the daily wage workers from movie industry that have been working all across India. Now, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopa, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Jay Sean are doing a fundraising concert to support the migrant workers and daily wage workers that have been suffering a lot due to Coronavirus Pandemic. The concert is expected to air on Sunday 3rd May through Facebook.
Regarding the Pandemic, Priyanka Chopra has said “Unexpected, uncontrolled, unparalleled. The coronavirus has forged a brutal path across the world, and in the line of fire is well – you me and pretty much everyone across the world. Lockdowns, quarantines, social distancing – yeh hain humara naya normal. Khud ko surakshit rakhne ke liye hume ek dusre se dur rehna pad raha hai. Phir bhi mann hi mann main hum ek saath hain, as always.”
On the occasion, Anushka Sharma has said “While we may be social distancing, and that’s the requirement, I don’t think we’ve ever been more connected. People helping each other, spreading awareness just so that we can protect each other and that is the victory of human spirit.”
Rani Mukerji has added “Instances of child abuse have increased during lockdown. I urge you all to stay more vigilant. If you see or hear anything suspicious or odd please report it to the authorities immediately. My daughter Adira calls this coronavirus an invisible monster lurking in the streets, she tells me mamma, this monster will surely go away one day.”
In the grand finale of concert, you may able to see more than 85 Indian and International stars together. Under GiveIndia Covid – 19 Fund, the money will be collected. Each of these celebrities is expected to shoot these videos in their houses due to social distancing and lockdown situation in the world.
