Next, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani are expected to be seen together in Good Newwz fame director Raj Mehta’s upcoming movie Jugg Jugg Jeeyo. Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Prajakta Koli are part of the movie too. Lot of excitement can be seen around the movie and also its cast. Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani have been paired together in the movie. Previously, they have been seen briefly together in Abhishek Verman’s movie Kalank. It is an interesting pair without any doubt. Looking at the title of the movie, it seems like family comedy drama.
According to our source, Jugg Jugg Jeeyo is a movie about marital issues. It has been said “It’s a tale of two couples from different generations, entangled around the issues post marriage. The premise beautifully merges the generation gap, and puts out a unique point of about love, but with ample of humour.”
Earlier movie of director Raj Mehta titled good Newwz starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh has been also about two couples that have dealing with an issue due to an IVF mishap. In spite of featuring two couples, Jugg Jugg Jeeyo may not come with the same narrative.
Later on, the source has added “Though the key characters of both the films are two couples, the treatment and the story is in a complete different space. Jug Jugg Jeeyo is more about families, and the bond a married son with his father and mother played Anil and Neetu.”
Last year November, shooting of the movie has started. However, shooting of the movie has to be stalled as director Raj Mehta, Varun Dhawan and Neetu Kapoor have been tested positive with the coronavirus. Later on, shooting has resumed once again from December’s end. Most parts of the shooting have been done already. Now, final schedule of the movie is remained only.
