Later on Lisa joined her as she loves to do aerobics accompanied by music. When she stepped at her adolescence 17-year, she started to run for adrenaline rush and blow off the steam. She started to take 10 rounds and then 20.
Waking up at 6 in the morning for exercise
Lisa needs to be ready for work by 9 am. Before that she needs to wrap up Pilates thrice a week, run at a race course two other days and do yoga once a week and allow one day off for herself. Therefore, she gets up 6 o’clock in the morning every day.
