Starting exercise at 11-year-old age

Lisa gives all the credits to her mother who used to make time for exercise despite of being a mother of eight children. Lisa’s mother used to work out to Jane Fonda, Kathy Smith and Cindy Crawford. Later on Lisa joined her as she loves to do aerobics accompanied by music. When she stepped at her adolescence 17-year, she started to run for adrenaline rush and blow off the steam. She started to take 10 rounds and then 20.

Waking up at 6 in the morning for exercise

Lisa needs to be ready for work by 9 am. Before that she needs to wrap up Pilates thrice a week, run at a race course two other days and do yoga once a week and allow one day off for herself. Therefore, she gets up 6 o’clock in the morning every day.
