Rani Mukerji In Hichki Trailer

Yes, trailer of Rani Mukerji’s much awaited movie is out already. She has been seen last on the silver screen in Pradeep Sarkar’s Mardaani. She has been true gem of the movie and lifted the movie with her performance further. For portrayal of lady police officer, she has been praised quite highly.

As she and her husband Aditya Chopra have welcomed daughter Adira in to their life, Rani has decided to take some break. Her professional career has taken backseat on the occasion. Now, Rani Mukerji has come back once again with Hichki. Both her fans and followers are really happy to see her on the screen once again. However, we may still have to wait for some time now. The movie Hichki is directed by Sidharth P. Malhotra.

In the very beginning of the trailer, we have been introduced to the character of Naina Mathur that is played by Rani Mukerji. She manages to obtain a job at a school in spite of her issues with speech which in medical terms can be titled as Toulette Syndrome. On the occasion, she has been asked to teach kids from the slums. However, she faces some trouble to win the heart of these kids. Due to her persistent approach, she succeeds at the end. Message of providing equal education is offered through the movie.

Following to a script reading, Rani has said I was looking for a script that would challenge and excite me, and Hichki came my way. Each of us has a weakness that pulls us back. It could be a disability or any condition but if we just look at it as simply a hiccup, we can emerge as a winner. It won’t come in the way of achieving our dreams. Hichki is built on this positive premise and I decided to take it up

Hichki is a Yash Raj Productions movie that is expected to release on 23rd February, 2018.
