In Bollywood, Sidharth Malhotra is a well known actor. Previously, he has been part of movies like Student of the Year, Jabariya Jodi, Ek Villain and Marjavaan. Next, Sidharth is expected to be seen in a movie called Mission Majnu that is going to be helmed by Shantanu Bagchi. South Indian star Rashmika Mandanna is expected to be seen in this movie too. Through this movie, Rashmika is going to make her debut in Bollywood. It is also directorial debut for Shantanu Bagchi. First Look poster of the movie has been revealed also. Once again, Sidharth is playing the role of RAW agent after Aiyaary. It is going to be an edge of the seat thriller. Sumit Batheja, Aseem Arrora and Parvez Shaikh have written the movie.
Sharing the poster on the social media, the makers have captioned it as “The deadliest covert operation undertaken by our intelligence agency behind enemy lines! Presenting the first look of #MissionMajnu.” Post Uri: The Surgical Strike, action packed Mission Majnu will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala along with Garima Mehta and Amar Batula. Based on a real event, the movie has a backdrop of 70’s.

On the other hand Rashmika Mandanna has said “I am super excited to start my journey in Hindi cinema and to reach out to newer audiences.” Shooting for the movie is scheduled to start from February, 2021.
