Dasvi is expected to be a social comedy that is going to be co-produced by Dinesh Vijan, Shobhana Yadav and Sandeeo Leyzell. Regarding the movie, one of our sources has revealed “It’s a script close to Abhishek’s heart and he is looking forward to get into the tale that chronicles the journey of a corrupt politician. The title of the film is Dasvi, which indicates 10th grade, as Abhishek’s character is that of a SSC failed Chief Minister. The film is unlike any political film made in Bollywood as the narrative is entangled with a lot of humour.”
Next release of Abhishek Bachchan is going to be The Big Bull. It is scheduled to release through Disney + Hotstar. Kookie Gulati has directed the movie while Ajay Devgn and Anand Pandit have bankrolled it. In addition to Abhsihek Bachchan, Ileana D’Cruz, Sohan Shah, Nikita Dutta, Saurabh Shukla, Ram Kapoor and Supria Pathak are part of the movie. It is based on the stockbroker Harshad Mehta’s securities scandal in 1992.
During an interview, Abhishek Bachchan has said The Big Bull “The Big Bull isn’t historical. It is based in Mumbai in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It’s a rags to riches story, a story of ambition that if you work towards your goal, you’ll definitely achieve it”
